This Weeks Shopping

One blog that I absolutely adore is Possessionista. Check her out if you are ever trying to get the scoop on what celebs are wearing. Whenever I am watching one of my favorite shows I can always rely on her to find the designer/brand of anything I am looking for.

A perfect example of her magic work...Ali Fedotowsky's pink and white striped tunic top seen in this picture.

I saw it on her site, and I had to have it. And it was from Forever21 for $13.80! Not available online anymore, but they had a few at my local F21. It is a nice light material, not the greatest quality, but really cute and totally worth the price.

While I was there I picked up this Snoopy top. I LOVE anything Snoopy and have for years. I thought this shirt was cute and casual, and the nautical theme would be fun for the spring!

I also picked up this shirt that is a cream/black blouse with little bows all over it. Adorable! I couldn't find it on their site so I took a pic of the one I bought

Another purchase that was kind of random. I had been eying this cardigan from Anthropologie for quite sometime now. I never got it when it was in the stores and have regretted it since. I want it in the red, and the grey as well, but I am just starting with the navy that I ordered through Ebay. I absolutely LOVE this cardigan! Here is my new Anthropologie Field Game sweater.

And of course you can not leave the mall during a quick shop without hitting Sephora. I could spend a good portion of my days in this store. So many little wonderful products to check out! I didn't want to go crazy, so I went in with a slight mission. Dior Show Mascara, probably the worlds best mascara!

I, of course could not just buy that, so I picked up two roll-on perfume sticks. I love these little things. SO great for throwing in your purse, traveling, or just grabbing a new scent but not investing in a whole bottle of something! I grabbed Michale Kors Very Hollywood, and the Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. Excuse the worlds worst cell phone pic...but here it it!
That is my shopping for this week!

What did everyone else shop for this week?

January Anthropologie Wants

There are always a decent sized list of items I am lusting over at Anthropologie. I have the constant debate about waiting for things to go on sale on just buying them at full price since I am always afraid about things selling out! Here is my current Wish List.

Volante Tee
I really want to buy this before it sells out. I LOVE this shirt..it have not seen it in person yet, but I bet it is even more amazing than it is online. The reviews seem good too. This would go with so many outfit variations...totally versatile. I want this shirt asap! It resembles the Perfectly Present top that I wish I bought, and then it was gone.

Floral Frappe
First of all I love the name...and I love this Lilac color. Such a cute shirt and it already sold out in my size in the other colors. Might have to order this soon as well...

Ascending Roses Top
So pretty, and I really want it, but I might wait for sale on this one. I don't forsee it selling out before it hits its first markdown. But I do adore the black and cream combo of this shirt.

Deuxhill Cowlneck
This shirt just looks so comfy cozy, and stylish at the same time. A good transition piece for all seasons in my opinion. Good for going from Winter to Spring, and also from Fall to Winter. To keep this top going in the colder months I would later a long sleeve tee under it. An Online Exclusive that I am very tempted to order!

Monthly Meet-Up Pullover
Love the red and white combo of this shirt. Great reviews. But IMO overpriced for what it is. As much as I really love this shirt right now, at $78 I will wait for it to go on sale.

Time Gone By Dress
This dress looks so pretty online. And the pictures I have seen of people wearing it looks great too! The perfect flowy spring dress!

Miss Swiss Corset Dress
Now this is a dress to swoon over. LOVE it! I can't wait to get to my local store to check this out in person and try it on. And I can't wait till some reviews get posted online! Completely head over heels in love with this dress. I hope it meets my expectations!

My final Anthro obsession....

De Chelley Dress
Doesn't this remind you of the Mullany dress? Another dress that I feel in love with and never bought, and can't stop thinking about? Love the polka dots on this and I can not wait to meet it in person and try it on!
That is all I got for now! My current must have/wish list for Anthro. What's on your wish list? Anthro or not...we all are lusting after something, right?

Shopping Devastation...

Does anyone ever experience shopping devastation? You know when you fall head over heels in love with something...lust after it, think about, heck even dream about it? You hang a picture of it up by your desk to just remind yourself of how beautiful it really is? Then one day...you look this item up online, just to admire for one more time...maybe even consider buying it. And then...it's GONE! Shopping Devastation. I have been lusting after this Anthropologie Handpainted Poppies Sweatercoat.

Isn't it gorgeous?

And now I can only find it on eBay for $400..even some bids are close to $500!!!

I need an excuse to buy this...

And a place to put it. But it's pink and ruffly and I love it so dearly....Could I hang it in my closet somewhere?! Maybe as a back drop to my shoes...

If pink isn't your thing...well it comes in some shades of blue too:

A New Obsession....Coats

This is a new problem of mine! I always love a good new cute jacket, but I never really get that "Have to Have" feeling with coats/jackets. Until this year. I had been lusting over of specific jacket since late summer/early fall when it came out, at my beloved store Anthropologie, the Boucle De Souffle Jacket by Elevenses. I went in and tried it on a couple of times...but I just didn't want to spend the $128 on it. Not sure why, because I was head over heels in love. It was ruffly, and it had the word Souffle in it...to me that is perfection.

But now I know why I didn't buy it then...I was meant to have this jacket, but just at a $69.95 price tag instead! I was browsing in the Anthro clearance section this past weekend and there it was, my size, perfect color, and I was buying it! Here is my newest piece of gorgeous-ness!

Not available online anymore - just in stores that still have them

The shopping does not stop there. While I am currently obsessed with coats, I am also obsessed with the creamy/white color these beauties have been coming in. Which is why...while in NYC I of course was browsing through the Anthropologie by Rockefeller Plaza (a great Anthro btw) and came across this cozy little thing! Here is Alice in Autumn (LOVE that name!)

Another steal...original price $168, I paid $69.95. It is kind of thin, and it a sweater coat, not an actual coat. But it is cozy, very cute, and super flattering. The detailed embroidery adds a touch of vintage, the big buttons are classic, and the ruffle neck line, perfection!

And because it does not stop here...I have one more confession to make. While I do love Anthropologie, I also love it's sister store Free People. Not as much love, but it is right up there! I spotted this beauty on my beloved show Vampire Diaries, and then I was able to track down the info on this jacket through the blog The Look 4 Less

Still at full price, but it is available in limited sizes in Mulberry and in most sized in the black and cream!

That is all I got for now for purchases. Now I am just loving this new ruffled leather jacket from Old Navy, Taupe of the Morning. Great color, cute name, and at the $199 price tag not too bad for a leather jacket! You would think it wouldn't be the best quality from Old Navy, but the reviews seem pretty positive!

Sorry for the super long post...I haven't been on here for a few days and seems I have shopped a lot!

Another Anthropologie Purchase

This website is dangerous…I mean I just have to restrict it from my computer! But I love it so much that the willpower for not looking has not arrived. And this means…yes..I did buy a couple of things. But not the whole store…which is pretty impressive!!! Here are the latest…

I LOVE cupcakes. I love to eat them, look at the, read books about them, make them, decorate them, and now we can add wearing them to the list!

This apron was seen on Charlotte in the Sex and the City 2 movie..so I am surprised there were any left! How cute is this? They are not available on the Anthropologie website anymore, but you can find them (or something similar, not sure if they are the exact same) on the Paper Source website:

Another Apron I had been eyeing..its on backorder so I won’t get it till the end of July.

I also broke down a bought a mug I had been eyeing…K’s are perfect because they are my first name initial and also my future last name initial!. Only $6…great Anthro buy.

Michael Stars shirt. This is my first one-size-fits most shirt…and I have to say…FANTASTIC! Fits great, light material, cool color. Love it. It was on sale and not on their site anymore so I don’t have a picture, but I had to mention the brand because I am totally impressed…and now obsessed!

Check out the website where they have more Michael Stars stuff, it’s one of my new loves!

That is it for another Anthro mini-spree!

Some recent Anthropologie purchases

I LOVE Anthropologie, I could literally live in this store. The clothes and accessories are to die for...and the home department...LOVE IT! Here are a handful of my recent purchases from there

I got this top in a plum color (pink shown), but they don't have it on their site anymore. It is extremely flattering and a nice light material.

Also got these other two shirts in blue that are perfect for the spring/summer.

And...I had to have this candle. It is the volcano scent that is amazing and I loved the vintage looking glass container and top.
